Kameko is technology company that provides customized web and mobile solutions for businesses in The Gambia and beyond. We started operation in July 2017 and pride ourselves to be one of the fastest growing start-ups in The Gambia.

Kameko has implemented more than 35 projects in The Gambia and developed the first accounting software for SMEs in The Gambia dubbed MekoBooks. Kameko also won its first bid to implement MekoBooks for 15 Empretec Business Champions. In November 2017, we were selected by Start-up Europe as part of 50 start-ups from Africa and 50 start-ups from EU member countries to participate in the EU Africa Business Forum and Digital Start-up Fair in Abidjan. In 2018, we introduced the first and only taxi app in The Gambia –  Ryde Africa Technologies
